1. Let your guests know well in advance of your plans and the dates so they can make the necessary arrangements with booking time off work, finding babysitters, finding dog sitters and allowing them time to start saving or to pay in monthly instalments.  Booking early will also ensure that you are eligible for early booking bonuses and give ample notice to secure the necessary air seats and rooms at the resort of your choice especially during peak travel periods.
2. Find a UNIGLOBE Travel Consultant that you feel comfortable with, trust and one who is knowledgeable.  Your Travel Consultant will be able to provide you with resort and destination information, suitability to your requirements, wishes and dates.
3. Choose your destination carefully.  Price is not necessarily always the biggest factor - keep in mind the old adage "you get what you pay for"; beware of hurricane season, high season for spring breakers, religious holidays, how many families will be travelling, and whether the destination/resort is suitable for all ages.
